Great area to stay and walk around.
The room was small and uncomfortable, and the humidity levels were unbearable. The shared kitchen was not as clean as I had hoped, with limited food options. Several appliances were out of service.

Location is excellent. The room was clean. The staff was helpful. The continental breakfast was great, with adequate selection of food.
Practically no foyer. Parking is a bit cumbersome but acceptable.

Well-kept unit with comfortable bed. A mini-bar, central heating and an electronic key card in the room.

Great location right in the middle of the old town! The kitchen is stocked with breakfast items like eggs and pancake mix. Everything was spotlessly clean, and I appreciated the free Netflix streaming option.

The hotel was very well located in beautiful old Quebec city. It was very close to everything, well within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and picturesque in an old century building. Staff wtere pleasant and helpful and vallet parking was very helpful as parking in old Quebec city is very hard to find.
The room was very small and the halls and stairs very narrow.

It is an excellent location to be right in the city centre. The room was very large for such an old area. There is a lovely courtyard behind the hotel which was nice to sit in and take a break from a busy day of site seeing
The air flow for the ac was not very good. Old building completely forgiveable. They would benefit from the above window units, like they have in europe.

The cozy room had a unique pull-down bed and excellent water pressure. I appreciated the DIY breakfast concept and the vibrant ambiance of the communal kitchen.

The good location, close to the center of old city but separated enough for calm. Good welcome from the staff. Decoration and comfort of the room are pleasant. The room is quite small for the price, but well equiped and disposed, with several windows.
No breakfast included despite the price, air conditionning very noisy, access to the rooms uneasy (no elevator, tiny staircases). The doors of the room don't isolate at all from the noise in the corridors (but the other people were also calm). A good hotel to stay in, with children for example or in couple, but quite expensive however.

Quaint hotel which suits it's surroundings. Stayed there since the rate was fair, according to others in the area, and it was the only hotel at which I could find two beds in the one room. I was travelling with my brother, attending our nephew's wedding at the Chateau Frontenac. Never been in the area before but would stay there again.

It has comfortable central and decent location for visiting Fairmont le Chateau Frontenac. The employees are extremely helpful and well-trained. The rooms are a nice size and include a fridge and glassware.

The charming atmosphere is complemented by a community kitchen, stocked with pastries and ingredients for a good breakfast. Friendly staff enhance the experience. The small room size is a notable aspect, and the bathrooms might feel cramped for some travelers. A bit of a walk is required to reach local attractions, particularly for those not familiar with the steep streets.

Overall it was immaculately clean and budget with ac. This hotel was set in a very central area just next door to Quebec for the Canadian Boxing Junior Nationals, the centre of the upper old town, and a pedestrian walkway leading downtown. We could drink something at Les Freres de la Cote, located 1 km away😃
